Ordering, Returns, and Customer Service
We currently offer three (3) separate ways to order products: online secured credit card transactions, phone orders, or US mail with a check, credit card information or money order included.
We utilize a secure, encrypted server for all online transactions so your personal information is guaranteed private and secure. If we are out of stock on any part of your order, you will be notified and not charged for those items. Shipping charges will still apply.
All sales are final, but you can exchange the item for a store credit or other merchandise, provided the returned product is in good resalable condition. Open products like software, CDs, DVDs, holiday items, skin care items and products are not exchangeable unless the product is defective.
Any item may be exchanged for a different item. The refund will be the full purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In order to accept your return or exchange, you must call us for an authorization number prior to returning the item.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited. All exchanges must be carefully packaged and protected. Please note that soft sided packaging allows for easy damage in shipping. Please try to re-use the package it was sent in. You must include a copy of your invoice and an explanation for the exchange.
We cannot accept exchanges after 30 days unless it falls under our “material quality” guarantee. All 14k gold, sterling silver, and royal gold items have a 2 year guarantee with respect to “material” defects. The only exclusion to this are the free chains. Broken or damaged items cannot be returned. If your purchase is defective, you must notify us within seven days of delivery and we will replace it. Send all exchanges using some form of shipping that allows you to secure proof of delivery. When your package arrives, we will notify you. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
We use standard shipping in the 48 contiguous states is via USPS and priority mail with delivery confirmation. We charge a flat rate according to the cost of the items and for any order over $100 standard shipping is free. Please see our shipping page for more information.
If you prefer another service such as overnight, 2nd day air, etc, or are live outside the contiguous 48 states, shipping will be a few dollars more. We will notify you before shipping if it is more then $5.

If at any time you want to be removed from our records simply use the
email/unsubscribe window and we will promptly remove you from our files.
We make every attempt to avoid errors. If you cannot order an item or you get an error, please notify us so that we can take care of the problem. For your assistance, we will give you 10% off of your order if a problem is found that is on our part. Occasionally a mistake can be inadvertently overlooked. We reserve the right to make any necessary corrections and apologize for the inconvenience. If this does happen, we will do our best to honor the price or give you a discount off the new price.
"I'm having a problem adding items to my cart. What should I do?"
Please set your browser to enable "cookies." Cookies are tiny files that enable your computer to remember what products you have placed in your shopping cart. We do not collect any personally identifiable information about your shopping habits on our site. If you still have a problem, please call us and we can help you. If you are having a problem then we need to know so we can fix it. This helps us to better maintain the site.
